Blackness Castle from the North Tower
Blackness Castle is sometimes called the ship that never sailed due to its layout. This view is from the North Tower (Bow) where the castle narrows and juts out in too the River Forth. The South Tower (stern) is at the far end. Just in front of the central Tower you can see the castle well. Map location.
