Anglian Prince, Loch Ewe
Emergency Tow Vessel Anglian Prince moored in Loch Ewe in the summer of 2008. One of 4 vessels chartered by the Maratime and Coastguard Agency to help any vessels in difficulty around the coast of the British Isles. This ship is based in the western Isles and can often be seen around Ullapool and any where north of there. In 2011, for cost reasons, all 4 ships will be stood down, a decision that will no doubt be regretted later.
