The Chapel Royal, Stirling Castle
The Chapel was built in 1595 after the birth of James VI's first son as a venue for the royal christening. The interior was later decorated by the painter Valentine Jenkin prior to the visit of Charles I in 1633, this was lost until the 1930's when they were rediscovered and subsequently restored.

The Chapel Royal, Stirling Castle
